Emmanuel Ceriz
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Emmanuel Ceriz is the heir of the royal house of Ceriz, one of the oldest families in Europe. His ancestor Guy de Ceriz was the Lord of Ceriz (actually Ceriz Ay, or Cerizay) a city located near Niort, France.
In 1343, Guy de Ceriz was "Maitre d'hôtel du palais du Roi de France" (earlier title of 'Grand Master of France').
From recent researches we admit that, probably, the name Ceriz is derived from the Egyptian names Siris (Sirius) and Osir (Osiris).
